Oh Pancakes, you always make my mornings bright. 😊 These banana 🍌 protein pancakes were so simple and so delicious! Topped off with mashed banana, warm blueberries, vanilla protein drizzle and @traderjoeslist superseed and ancient grain mix. 😋
Blend all ingredients. Spray frying pan or griddle with @chosenfoods avocado oil and cook 1/3 cup batter until bubbly on one side then flip. Enjoy with toppings! For protein topping, mix 1/2 scoop of @sunwarriortribeprotein powder with splashes of almond milk until forms a good consistency. Add in 1 tsp melted @nutiva coconut oil and mix in, add sweetener if you want, pour over pancakes.
