Five Ingredient (NO SUGAR) Pumpkin Protein Balls!

Happy Saturday All!! It’s been such a nice day despite the gray skies outside. Just got back from a lovely ladies date with a spin class at @turnstyleboston and lunch from @sweetgreen 😍 throwing it back to this morning to this lovely sweet potato bowl 😋 This bowl was a perfect after a great new back workout, which was awesome 💪 Perfect refuel…steamed @friedasproduce purple sweet potato, @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, dried organic apricot, 5 ingredient pumpkin 🎃 protein balls (these are perfect 👌 to get a quick protein boost without a bunch of sugar!) and some @once_again_nut_butter sunflower butter. Pumpkin balls:
1/2 scoop @sunwarriortribe #vegan warrior blend vanilla
1 scoop @sportsresearch collagen peptides (or sub one more tablespoon of coconut flour)
1 tbls @nutiva coconut flour
Cinnamon
1 packet @nunaturals stevia
1/4 cup pumpkin purée •


Mix ingredients together and form into balls! That’s it!
