Turmeric-Ginger-Butternut Smoothie Bowl!

I look forward to my Saturday mornings…usually consisting of spin followed by a huge smoothie. I was a dragging a little this morning but my class at @turnstyleboston energized me! Also, I normally don’t take pre-workouts but I had some @rootznutrition raspberry lemonade pre-workout this morning and it was great! Got home and made this wonderful anti-inflammatory loaded bowl! Turmeric ginger butternut smoothie bowl. I used @califiafarms toasted coconut milk, @julianbakery vanilla paleo protein, @sportsresearch beef gelatin (makes it nice and thick: pro tip-make sure it’s in a small amount of warm water!) fresh ginger, turmeric, steamed butternut squash, frozen zucchini, frozen cauliflower and @wildfoodsco maca powder. Placed that in the freezer to let it thicken for a couple minutes then topped with strawberries 🍓 minced banana 🍌 @wildwayoflife banana nut  granola, @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, @amoretti mixed nut and seed butter, @terrasoul cacao nibs and shredded coconut. Loaded, delicious and energizing! I’m off to get ready to meet a friend for lunch at @lifealivecafe in Salem and spend the afternoon. Haven’t been in so long! Happy Saturday loves!
