BROCCOLI PIZZA CRUST! Grain and dairy free!

BROCCOLI PIZZA CRUST coming at ya! Ahhhh this is so good guys, you need to try it! I actually like it better than my cauliflower crust…it holds together so well and gets crispy like I like it! This was lunch. Broccoli crust topped with cauliflower cheese (recipe adapted from @lilsipper !), sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onion, eggplant, @bilinskisausage chicken sausage, avocado and basil. Happy Thursday loves! 


  • 1 1/2 heads Broccoli
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • Salt/pepper/spices (I used dried oregano, thyme, onion and garlic powder)

Preheat oven to 450. Process broccoli in a food processor until fine and smooth. Using Ellie’s Best Nut Milk bag (or cheesecloth) squeeze out all liquid from the broccoli. Place the broccoli in a large bowl and add all dry ingredients and mix well. Lastly, add the egg whites and mix together to form a ball. Grease a piece of parchment paper and lime a baking sheet with it. Form the broccoli mix into a crust on the paper. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Top with ingredients and place back under the broiler for a few minutes until done to your liking!

    1. Hi love! Yes, I would double it. I mean I eat the entire thing in one sitting (but I eat large portions lol!) but yeah if you double it then you can make two or just make one large one!!
