- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup diced mushroom
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- Salt and pepper

Mix together ingredients, form two patties and cook over medium high heat in @carringtonfarms garlic coconut oil!
