Kabocha Squash Protein Waffles!

SQUASHING away the winter cold weather outside by wafflin’ into Hump Day! I hope everyone is have a fantastic morning! If a little pick me up you should go make some kabocha squash waffles and I guarantee it will Make your day so much better 😜 Happy Wednesday loves!!
Deets: kabocha squash waffles (recipe is on my blog but I will post below), topped with homemade @salbachia blackberry chia jam, fresh blackberries, @georgiagrinders maple caramel almond butter and @kitchfix vanilla berry paleo granola. 


  • 1/2 cup roasted kabocha squash
  • 2 tbls @nutiva coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop @sunwarriortribe plant protein
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Spray waffle maker with @chosenfoods avocado oil and cook according to the machine instructions. Enjoy!
