Stacking up to the weekend and my day off (well from one of my jobs!) with these NEW paleo lemon-blackberry pancakes 🥞 I made a new recipe this morning and excited to say it came out awesome! Made with green banana flour and Bob’s Red Mill paleo blend flour. Posting below and on the blog. Happy Friday loves!
Deets: pancakes topped with frozen blackberries, @organicgemini granola, @maranathanutbutters almond butter and my two ingredient blackberries jam (made with warm blackberries and @sportsresearch beef gelatin).
- 2 tablespoons @nunaturals green banana flour
- 1/4 cup @bobsredmill paleo baking flour
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Lemon extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: sweetener of choice
Mix together all ingredients. Heat griddle to 375 (if using an electric griddle). Pour about 1/3 of batter at a time. Flip when bubbly and the sides are slightly dry.
