SALSA SHAKSHUKA

NACHO average SALSA SHAKSHUKA!! Just TWO INGREDIENTS! Of all the skillets I’ve made, this may be my favorite…you just need salsa and eggs! Check my IG highlights for some step-by-steps and I’ll post recipe deets below. Topped with avocado, paleo tortilla chips, fresh tomato, vegan cheese, scallions and fresh cilantro.

Recipe:

  • 1 jar of salsa
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

Simmer salsa in a small cast iron skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs over the top once it is bubbling…cover the pan until eggs are cooked through. Add toppings!
