I love adding hemp seeds to salads, smoothies, fruit…anything really! Adds some amazing flavor and it’s packed with protein! I made this hemp seed pesto and served it with green bean pasta and some sautéed shrimp, roasted tomatoes and arugula.
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed
- 1/4 Cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup parsley
- 1 head of lacinato kale
Remove thick stems from kale and chop it up. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth!
